I'm Selene, a hairstylist, originally from San Francisco, but have been helping women in Sacramento feel beautiful and confident since 2005.
As an independent, working woman, I understand the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But I also believe in the importance of taking time for yourself. Because I'm obsessed with good customer service, I've honed my skills in creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A visit with me is more than just a haircut - it's an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with a like-minded professional.
Inspired by my own childhood experience with hair, I've always felt a deep connection to the transformative power of hairstyling. I remember vividly when my mom, a huge Cher fan, dyed my long hair jet black when I was just 5 years old. It was a bonding experience that sparked my lifelong love for hair and beauty. That early memory instilled in me a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful through their hair.
I'm proud to say I now have 20 years of professional hairstyling experience, and I specialize in low-maintenance color, haircuts that grow out well, and luxury hair treatments. What's special about me is my ability to focus on tailoring your desired look to your unique features, so you get the look you want, but also look like the BEST version of you.
Outside of the salon, I am a passionate yogi, amateur singer, and cat lover. On weekends, you'll find me singing with my choir, spending time at the river, or going out dancing with friends.
