What To Expect
Before your Appointment
Once you've booked your appointment online, keep an eye on your inbox! A few days before your visit, you'll receive a series of emails designed to answer all your questions. These will include FAQs, detailed directions to my suite, and everything else you need to be fully prepared. I simply ask that your confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit, so I know you're all set for your personalized pampering.

Your Salon Experience
When you arrive I'll greet you at the lobby and walk you to my private suite. We will begin with a relaxed, in-depth consultation so I can truly understand your hair goals and lifestyle. You can settle in with a refreshing drink while you fill out my consultation form. Then we will go over it together. This is your time to unwind and feel completely at ease; and I'll handle the rest!

After Your Appointment
I'm committed to ensuring you love your new look! I'll provide personalized product recommendations to maintain the health and vitality of your hair. I'll also share styling tips and techniques to easily recreate your salon experience at home.
We'll discuss a plan to maintain your new look, including your next appointment for optimal results.
I'll check in with you shortly after your appointment to make sure that you are loving your new hair and answer any questions you may have. If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your service, and I am happy to make any adjustments needed.
