What To Expect
Before Your Visit
After you've made your appointment, keep an eye on your email. You'll get text and email notifications, and will be asked to confirm your appointment a couple days before appointment day. Keep in mind, if I don't receive confirmation from you within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled to make room for another guest. Most importantly though, check your email the day before your appointment, because I'll be sending you detailed information about where to find the salon, parking, etc.
I encourage new guests to gather a few inspo pics and screenshot them on your phone. That way you can pull them up easily when you come in.
The Consultation
When you arrive at the salon, I will show you around, take your coat, offer you something to drink, then we will sit down together to talk about your hair. Feel free to get the conversation started, or show me some pictures of looks you like. I'll be asking questions about you, your lifestyle, and your hair. I'll want to get a little hair history from you; what you've done to your hair in the past, as well as what products you use, and how you like to style your hair. And of course, I will be assessing your hair and your features, and discussing ways that we can adjust your hairstyle to bring out the best in you.
Of course, if you don't have inspo pics or aren't sure what cut and color would really suit you, I am more than happy to make some suggestions.
After Your Appointment
I always recommend products that I think your hair would benefit from, for the health of your hair, and ease of styling. And I am more than happy to share styling tips with you. I'll also let you know how to maintain your new look, and we can make your next appointment if you like.
I know change can be scary, and you might need a minute to adjust to the new you, but rest assured that your happiness is my top priority. If you are ever less than completely satisfied with the outcome of your visit with me, just let me know, and I'll do whatever I can to ensure that you love your hair.
